INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTORS OF ELECTRONICS ASSOCIATION WELCOMES SIX NEW MEMBERSPRINCETON JUNCTION, NJ, May 22, 2003–Independent Distributors of Electronics Association (IDEA), a recently launched non-profit trade association that represents the independent distributor market segment, is working to raise quality through the establishment of standards, and is working to educate members and those who are willing to take the necessary steps to meet the standard, recently announced the addition of six new members since its introduction one month ago. The new members include three general members, or independent electronic distributors and three associate members, or companies who service the electronic distributor industry. About IDEA Based in Princeton Junction, NJ, Independent Distributors of Electronics Association (IDEA) is a non-profit trade association that will represent the independent distributor market segment with a cohesive voice, raise quality through the establishment of standards, and educate members and those who are willing to take the necessary steps to meet the standard.
