INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTORS OF ELECTRONICS ASSOCIATION WELCOMES SIX NEW MEMBERS

PRINCETON JUNCTION, NJ, May 22, 2003–Independent Distributors of Electronics Association (IDEA), a recently launched non-profit trade association that represents the independent distributor market segment, is working to raise quality through the establishment of standards, and is working to educate members and those who are willing to take the necessary steps to meet the standard, recently announced the addition of six new members since its introduction one month ago. The new members include three general members, or independent electronic distributors and three associate members, or companies who service the electronic distributor industry.
